
Jessica is a strategy leader in the firm’s nationally recognized practice group Vorys eControl, focusing her efforts on developing brand protection strategies in the United States and globally. Her areas of focus include advising on online go-to-market strategies best suited to protect and grow brands, revamping outdated distribution models to support brand success, executing legal strategies to remove unauthorized sellers and minimum advertised price (MAP) violators, and advising brands on how to expand or obtain online sales control globally. She has counseled brands on how to expand to international online marketplaces, including Amazon (.ca, .mx., .br), Mercado Libre (South America), Tmall (China) and Coupang (Korea), and has represented numerous brands in those negotiations with third-party sellers or the online marketplace operators.
Adam is a partner at the Vorys Cincinnati and Orange County offices, where he leads the eControl group's enforcement and brand protection practices. His practice primarily focuses on the complexities of eCommerce and online marketplaces, offering solutions for companies navigating this evolving landscape. Adam has extensive experience addressing online distribution and brand protection issues such as pricing, product diversion, counterfeit, unfair competition and false advertising. He designs and implements enforcement strategies that combine investigation, technology, and legal knowledge to identify and remove problematic online actors.
Tyler is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the Vorys eControl group. He focuses on brand protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights for eCommerce clients. Tyler also has significant expertise counseling clients on the use of marketplace reporting mechanisms on eCommerce platforms, such as Amazon Brand Registry.
